Job Postings

Therapist

We are seeking LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC or LMFT clinicians to provide mental health counseling in our Idaho Falls office. Eligible applicants must have strong clinical skills, excellent organizational and documentation skills, and a desire to continue to learn and grow in the mental health field. We offer excellent compensation. Clinicians receive 3 weeks paid time off after full-time status is achieved. We are seeking applicants who can add to and expand our therapeutic services, which include play therapy, trauma recovery, cognitive behavioral therapies, family therapy, and couples’ therapy. Our team is highly collaborative. Clinical supervision is provided.

 

Behavior Interventionist

We are looking for an experienced Behavior Interventionist to provide services for children ages 3-21. This service utilizes one-on-one direct intervention techniques used to produce positive meaningful changes in behavior that incorporate replacement behaviors and reinforcement-based strategies while also addressing any identified functional skill needs. The applicant must have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a human service field and have supervised experience working with children with special needs for at least 1040 hours. Pay is $22.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending upon qualification. Job opportunities in the Idaho Falls and Salmon offices.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Monitoring and documenting client progress
  • Providing support and guidance to clients and their families
  • Implementing effective strategies for addressing challenging behaviors
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure client success

 

Community Based Supports

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to work one-on-one with children with special needs. This position is part-time and community-based. Applicants must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED. Must be willing to complete CPR/First Aid training, pass a criminal background check, and have a reliable vehicle. We are looking for someone who is energetic and passionate about working with children. Pay is $12.00/hr. Job opportunities in the Idaho Falls and Salmon offices.
